Los nominados a los Premios Oscar 2016 fueron dados a conocer este jueves en el Teatro Samuel Goldwyn, en Beverly Hills. Los encargados de revelar quiénes competirán por la estatuilla dorada fueron los cineastas Guillermo del Toro y Ang Lee, el actor John Krasinski, y la presidenta de la Academia, Cheryl Boone Isaacs.
Los mexicanos Alejandro González Iñárritu y Emmanuel Lubezki repiten candidatura en las categorías Mejor Director y Mejor Fotografía por “The Revenant”, película que encabeza la lista de favoritas al alcanzar 12 nominaciones, seguida de cerca por “Mad Max: Fury Road”, la cual obtuvo diez.
